A very simple,effective and easy recipe for homemade rub that contains few useful ingredients that can also help to reduce stretch marks,aching muscles,acne,pimples,scars and rosasea. It's also very useful for cracked heels and lips.Soothes miner steam burns.Helps in healing splinters and small cuts,cures migraines and also can be effectively used as a mosquito repellent.
All the ingredients used in the recipe are easily available in herbal stores.
Menthol crystals: 10 gms
They naturally have a strong minty odor and their usage in % may vary from 0.2% to 10% in different products.
Camphor:15 gms
It can be used upto 11% in any product
Your measurements for the above two ingredients may vary according to you personal preferences. If you want a stronger vapour rub,obviously you would add more menthol crystals and camphor.
peppermint EO :4 gms or 1 tsp approx(leveled)
Eucalyptus EO :4 gms (15 to 20 drops)

COCONUT OIL:100 gms or 1/2 cup melted
Castor oil:100 gms or 1/2 cup approx
Beeswax:50 gms or 1/4 th cup melted.
