In Day 16 of 30 Days of Yoga, we continue the theme of balance; this time we introduce the standing leg lifts. This sequence takes about 15 minutes and will work to improve groin and hamstring flexibility, as well as working on strength and balance.
The poses we teach in this clip are: Uttanasana, Adho mukha Svanasana, Adho Mukha Virasana, Utkatasana, Utthitha Hasta Padangustasana to the side.
